At ODIKA Rug, we are committed to delivering our premium rugs to your home as quickly and safely as possible. This website is operated by MyHazelHome Inc.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all eligible orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.

We DO NOT ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
  • International destinations

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days after shipping
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Carriers

We partner with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Rugs are delivered via ground shipping.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging upon delivery and take photos immediately. Contact us at support@odikarug.com within 48 hours of delivery.
