30-Day Return Policy

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Important

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Return shipping is provided at no additional cost

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return
  2. We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the rug in its original packaging
  4. Use our prepaid return shipping label
  5. Receive your refund (minus 20% restocking fee) within 5-7 business days after inspection

Eligibility Requirements

  • Rug must be in original, unused condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • No signs of use, wear, stains, or damage

Not Eligible

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, stains, or damage
  • Custom or personalized rugs
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Returns after 30 days from delivery

Refund Example

For a $100 rug, your refund would be $80 ($100 - $20 restocking fee). No shipping costs are deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
